Strength/Conditioning

Want a class that covers weight training and cardio? Well this class is for you! Our instructor will take you through a variety of strength training exercises, using various pieces of portable equipment, that will increase your heart rate at the same time! This one-stop shop class will allow you to tone, sculpt and train your way into a healthier YOU!  Free weights are not provided, but are required.  Therefore it is mandatory to bring weights that suite your fitness level.  We have a limited supply available for purchase.

Instructor - Stephanie Wierl

Stephanie is a Projects Coordinator with the Lethbridge College Be Fit for Life Centre and has been a fitness instructor for the last 4 years. She graduated from the University of Lethbridge (Kinesiology) in 2007. Stephanie is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. What she enjoys most about instructing and training are the changes that individuals experience during a class or training session, there is nothing better than seeing a smile on someones face after they have achieved their health and fitness goals.
